The interest in the Mint’s freshly prepared cannabis-infused foods continues to grow. This includes the soaring popularity of cannabis-branded parties, events, weddings, restaurants, and hotels. According to Allied Market Research, in 2018, the cannabis food and beverage market nationwide was valued at $427 million. By 2026, it will reach more than $2.6 billion.
“The idea for our cannabis kitchen began after seeing a significant unmet need from customers who were regularly visiting the dispensary,” said Eivan Shahara, CEO of Mint Cannabis. “Today, the Mint Café is redefining the infused foods category, while increasing fresh food choices and accessibility – it’s truly revolutionizing the customer experience. Our cannabis kitchen sales have grown 300% since 2018.”
With a reputation for providing a wide variety of high-quality products and personalized service, Mint Cannabis offers the most diverse selection of flower/buds, edibles, and concentrates. The Mint’s flagship location in Guadalupe, Ariz. – which introduced the nation’s first cannabis kitchen of its kind in 2018; added a large on-site grow in 2019; and implemented an on-site drive-thru in 2020 – was named “Most Innovative” by the international Commercial Cannabis Awards.
