AZ Department of Health Services Releases Draft Rules To Operate a Marijuana Establishment

Yesterday, the Arizona Department of Health Services released the draft rules in regards to the Adult-Use marijuana program. It is encouraged that you review and understand them. The community may recommend changes to the draft by the end date of December 17th, 2020. 

“Applicant” means: a. An individual submitting an application for a marijuana facility agent license; or b. An individual or entity submitting an application for a marijuana establishment license, an approval to operate a marijuana establishment, a marijuana testing facility license, an approval to test, or an approval to change parameters…” according to AZDHS. These rules will apply to those who are approved for a social equity license.
