The citizens of Arizona will be voting on Prop 207 this coming election day. If this is passed, the adult use of marijuana will be legalized. Individuals of 21 years of age or older will be allowed to possess a maximum of an ounce of marijuana and permitted to conduct business at legal dispensaries across Arizona.
According to the Suffolk University/USA Today poll from the end of September, support for the legalization of adult-use was at 45.6% compared to 34.2% who opposed it. Along with a 16% tax on recreational marijuana, the legislation will remove the criminal records of those who have been convicted of crimes that will no longer be illegal.

Legalization is in the hands of the people now and it is our decision to vote yes or no this November 3rd.
