The Arizona Department of Health and Human Services is now accepting petitions to add to the list of debilitating medical conditions from July 22 to 26, 2019.

ADHS accepts petitions to add a debilitating medical condition to the list of debilitating medical conditions for the Medical Marijuana Program in January and July of each year.
A.R.S §36-2801.01 and A.A.C. R9-17-106 further outline the how to submit a petition for the addition of a debilitating medical condition.
