AZ Supreme Court Rules: Arizonans will decide on legalization this November 2020

In a unanimous decision,  including the the vote of well known opponent of legalization Bill Montgomery, the Arizona Supreme Court affirmed the decision of the trial court and announced that the voters will be able to vote on the smart and safe initiative this November! Prop 207 may signal the end of the era of prohibition. See attached
